Our practice is open Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For urgent dental advice when we’re closed, registered patients can call our out-of-hours advice line.

We accept most major payment options including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), contactless payments, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and cash (where permitted). Some treatments can be financed or paid via plans such as Denplan or monthly finance options — please ask our reception team for details.

Most patients will benefit from check-ups every 6 months, but your dentist will advise what frequency is right for your oral health needs.

Yes – we provide same-day emergency dental care for registered patients experiencing severe pain, loose or broken teeth, lost fillings, or other urgent issues. Contact us as soon as possible for advice or to book.
If you’re a registered patient, you can call our emergency advice line (details on our Contact page) for guidance. If symptoms are severe (e.g., uncontrolled bleeding or swelling affecting breathing), you should seek urgent care via NHS 111 or your local A&E.
Common reasons include severe decay, gum disease, infection, trauma, or impacted teeth that can’t be saved by other treatments. Your dentist will discuss all options with you first.
