Cat A 4yrs – 13yrs – £8.54 Basic Cover + 60p Full Cover= £9.14 includes free gum shield. Maximum 1 per year

Denplan fees exclude: Laboratory fees, Cosmetic treatment, Implants and Root canal instruments. Other exclusions may also apply
